Any personal information supplied by you to Easy Greenhouses will be managed in the strictest of confidence. We will never use your data for any other purpose than communicating with you about Easy Greenhouses.
HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?
We have a very simple way to process your order.
Once you have browsed our products, identify the products that you would like, or think may be the right solution for your needs, and add them to your virtual shopping cart. View your cart and advise if you require delivery and also provide your delivery area. Proceed to the checkout. Once we receive your order, we will add the necessary courier cost and email you an invoice for payment. We ship anywhere in South Africa and can also discuss arrangements for exporting any items to surrounding countries such as Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia and Lesotho, as we have an export licence.
We do not ask for payment immediately with your order, as we prefer to confirm your order and be sure that we have stock etc first. We will then send you a confirmation of your order by email, with a PROFORMA invoice and our banking details. (We do not offer Credit Card facilities). We will notify you of any stock shortages etc and discuss your need with regards delivery etc. We can make any changes that are necessary at this time. Once we confirm all the details, you can make payment by EFT and your goods will be shipped the day after the funds reflect in our account. Most shipping takes 24 hours for delivery except for deliveries to outlying areas which may take 3 to 5 days.
Please note that we use a third party courier, Timefreight, who offer excellent service at reasonable rates. We can arrange delivery on a certain day or have them call you prior to delivery. They do not deliver on weekends. We make all the necessary arrangements with you and with them. Delivery is to your home physical address where someone must be available to sign for and accept delivery.
Occasionally we are out of stock of some items, due to the fact that everything is fully imported and as such can only be imported in full container loads. If we are out of stock of any item, we will provide the item when the next shipment arrives.
You are welcome to order through our on-line system and then arrange collection from our storage facility in Randburg. Details will be provided once final orders are completed. Collections can be arranged for any day of the week or weekend, by prior arrangement. Details of box weights and sizes can be supplied for all orders. All goods are supplied ex-stock. We do not have stock with agents or resellers anywhere else in SA. We do however work with a reseller in Hilton, who can service the KZN area.
